How it works
- Open a Gmail Takeout .mbox (or an Apple Mail, Thunderbird or Proton export), a folder of .eml files, or connect any mailbox by read-only IMAP.
- Shedlist reads only sender, subject and date, finds sign-up, verify and password-reset emails in 12 languages, and lists every service with first and last seen dates.
- Services hit by a public data breach while you had an account are flagged, using the Have I Been Pwned breach list.
- Each service gets its delete link and steps (from JustDeleteMe) or a ready-made GDPR / CCPA deletion email. Tick them off, then print a report.
